This beautiful house was design to built on a vacant land along the coast of Dana Point Harbor. At David Reaume Construction and Design, both the construction and design team along with our group of architects and subs, worked closely together to create a brand new 4,000 sq. ft. 2-story, 4 full bedroom suites, cottage style home. This custom home was built with a flip floor plan where the kitchen is located on the second floor to allow the homeowners and their guest to enjoy the breathtaking view as the sun sets on a beautiful clear day. With details from the start to beginning, we created a true vacation house for our clients to escape from their home in Pasadena. Special materials used in this projects included California Faucets, Walker Zanger tile, Circa lighting, Waterworks, and Materials Marketing.
