This kitchen featured 9′ ceiling is the dream for any chef to cater large parties and entertainment during the holiday season. In this space a hand carved custom stone hood was crafted to specifically fit in between to 30″ subzero refrigerators. Other special features included a coffee maker, a convection oven, a built in 42″ television at the pantry fabricated to look like a furniture piece. In this 24′ x 18′ kitchen lies the beautiful island fabricated at 14′ x 7′, seating 6 people comfortably around a custom made farmer sink made with Calcutta Vagli. The island is special stained to reveal the natural grain of zebra wood. This island included 2 warming drawers and 2 dishwasher. Other elements such as the Babara Barry tile and the intermixing of matte and glossy glass tiles, along with oversized hand stained pendants, completed this transitional kitchen; the dream kitchen of any chef.
